March On!

I’m hoping that this month, I’ll be able to post more than I did in February (shaaaame!). Well look at that, I’m already tied!

Also, I realized that I haven’t been running OR exercising in a week.  Here’s why:
  • The fitness center at our apartment complex was closed Thursday to Monday (2/24-2/28). Yes, I could run outside, but right outside our apartment building is the freeway.  Doesn’t sound very ‘akamai (smart) to me!
  • My dad, his GF, and my baby bro and sis were coming to visit and stay.  I had to be a good host and present a clean house! So last week Wednesday was spent cleaning, not running.
  • While they were here, we had to eat at all the good places! Shiro’s Saimin, Chun Wah Kam noodles and dim sum, Cheesecake Factory, Chuck E. Cheese (for the kids, I swear!), Leonard’s Malasadas… I was too busy eating and playing with the kiddos to go running.
Today I can’t go running.  My cousin is visiting for one night only.  He is in the Navy and is currently on deployment.  Luck I live Hawaii so he can visit with me!  As we speak, he is at Pearl Harbor. We’re ready to paint the town red tonight! Or at least until 10pm, the curfew I have given myself.

But I do plan on getting some running time in tomorrow morning.  I hate exercising in the morning but I have to because I RSVP’d to a dinner that I got invited to at the last minute. UGH, and it feels like I haven’t broken a sweat in such a long time!  I guess chasing a toddler around Chuck E. Cheese doesn’t count, huh?

I know it sounds like I’m full of excuses (or something else) and that may be true.  I’m motivated to get my butt into gear. I think the best thing for me to do is to start running in the morning, get it out of the way.  If only I could disable that darn snooze button….

Any ideas/tips to get going in the morning? I’m all ears!

Before I even go to bed Iʻm thinking about my hot cup of coffee in the morning...haha!! But if youʻre not into coffee or even tea, I strongly suggest Hydroxycut Advanced. I use it, and 1) itʻs safe 2) it works 3) it makes sense.

    I use: http://tinyurl.com/HydroxycutSupplement and,
    I also use: http://tinyurl.com/HydroxycutPackets

Itʻs an energy booster--increases your metabolism, heat up that body girl, release those toxins! The way I do it is take 1-2 pills in the morning with about 8oz of water 30 minutes before I workout and I am literally ready to go. Iʻm super pumped and it always feels like a productive workout. Youʻre supposed to take 1-2 more pills with about 8oz of water +/-6 hours later, too, so an afternoon workout is fine. The supplements sole function is to boost your metabolism, get it going, which increases weight loss. Thatʻs why eating something as soon as you wake up is so important...it stimulates your metabolism. Weight loss is hard(er) when your metabolism is slow--as a result, this is a trust worthy product you can find at walmart if you want to try it out:)
